H-beams are the structural steel profile shaped like an H in section. It is incredibly strong. It gets its name because it looks like a capital H over its cross section. The horizontal elements of the "I" are flanges, while the vertical element is the web. The web resists shear forces while the flanges resist most of the bending moment experienced by the beam. Beam theory shows that the H-shaped sections is a very efficient form for carrying both bending and shear loads in the plane of the web. H-beams are widely used in the construction industry and are available in a variety of standard sizes. H-beams may be used both as beams and as columns.

A1: A standard structural steel building consists of a primary frame made of H-beams or I-beams, secondary frame structures including C-purlins or Z-purlins, and cladding systems such as thermal insulated sandwich panels or color corrugated steel sheets.
A2: We offer various structural steel grades to meet different international standards, including Q235B, SM490, SS400, and Q345B. Custom specifications can also be fulfilled based on project load-bearing and environmental requirements.
A3: H-beams feature a optimized structural shape with wider flanges than standard I-beams. This cross-section shape distributes bending and shear loads highly efficiently, making it incredibly strong and ideal for long-span applications.
A4: Clients can select either standard single-skin color corrugated steel sheets or various sandwich panels (such as EPS, Glasswool, Rockwool, or Polyurethane) which provide enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation.
A5: All structural components are packed in standard export-grade waterproof packaging. This heavy-duty packing process is optimized to secure products and prevent damage or corrosion during sea, rail, or overland transportation.
