The structural frame workshop is entirely prefabricated. Each component is manufactured in an advanced factory environment and subsequently transferred to the construction site. Elements are bolted together, with walls and roofs fixed to structural purlins and girts utilizing self-tapping fasteners. This configuration guarantees minimal field installation time and dramatically curtails on-site engineering costs. Customers are responsible for site-foundation preparations, after which all primary framing and cover materials are supplied directly.

The cold-formed C/Z structural steel profiling machinery supports a wide range of custom sections, and the heavy-duty composite sandwich panel lines ensure various dynamic wall and roof requirements are satisfied.
Our annual fabrication throughput includes: welding H-beams and structural framing up to 30,000 tons, cold-formed C & Z steel purlins up to 8,000 tons, high-density insulation sandwich panels up to 100,000 square meters, and corrugated exterior structural steel siding up to 8,000 tons.
